Message from the President
I have been a Pharmacist for over 20 years in every pharmacy setting. When I used to work for large chain pharmacies, I noticed that the customer experience was horrible. It was common to experience long wait times, constantly being on hold, and rude employees.
I decided 10 years ago that there had to be a better way to enhance the customer experience. In 2007, we opened our first Well Care Pharmacy location with a goal to make our customers our priority.
Multiple locations later, we achieved that goal through our unique approach of meeting the individual needs of our patients and always striving for excellent customer care.
